These guys did a great job on a rental property I had that I wanted to sell. I needed a whole house interior painted and new closet doors on a pretty run down rental. Our home was built six years ago, and it was time to repaint the interior, especially with being the owners of several dogs.We had Aztec paint the interior of the first and part of the second floor of our home, and parts of the trim outside.Their work, from start to finish, was outstanding. Aztec took a challenging deck paint job and made it look great. They do not cut corners. For example: they removed the canopy of the ceiling fan to paint right up to the mount. This means we can switch to a new fan some day without having to worry about painting again. Little things like this are what makes them professional painters.

Aztec did a great job. They moved and covered all my furniture so everything was protected. They brought the condo up to date and replaced a few sheets of drywall where needed. They removed the popcorn ceiling in the master bedroom. They did an amazing job of patching and painting the walls. When they were done they cleaned up and put everything back in place. Interior job included several areas, walls and ceilings, and stairwell with few minor repairs including caulking. I would say that I am picky when it comes to quality. I have done painting for myself and also know what is quality and what looks like junk. I was beyond pleased with the quality of work of Sam's crew. He didn't realize that we lived further out than typical jobs but compensated for that as I did in pay. They were prompt every day, very professional, responsive, respectful of the property, very reliable and trustworthy. Easy to communicate with during the process. I would absolutely hire again for any residential job in the future. There were no surprises and no corrections needed. Lines were crisp and didn't take any shortcuts. From start to finish, our experience working with Aztec Painting was stellar. UPDATE 3/30/22...had a couple of small issues "pop" up, nail heads in the ceiling showing through, thought they may shed/fall exposing the nail head over time so I called Saul back and asked if he might send someone to fix. He was more than accommodating, committed to a day and sent Faustino over to correct. I can't say enough about this company, they care about the job they do for you! They are professional, clean and efficient, HIRE THEM, you will not be disappointed!From the first appointment with Sam who walked the job with me, talked with me about the process to Saul who runs the crew and the crew themselves, a wonderful experience (I don't give praise lighty either!) Saul, came over, brought samples of the colors I picked out, had them applied to the walls in various rooms so I could see the colors in different light. The crew came and prepped the walls like I've never seen before, sanding them down, fixing nail pops, etc, 2 coats of paint (you pick it, BM or SW), clean up replace all the furniture like they were never there except you now have a fresh new look! Just a fabulous company, hard workers, respectful, diligent, great work ethic! Do hire them for your job, you will be delighted!

This was among the top contractor experiences we have ever had. The job: painting the exterior of a brick ranch-style home, including wall color, trim, front door and staining a pretty big back deck. There was a lot of prep work involved, and they fixed a number of things that we didn't even ask about.Sergio did a perfect job of repairing drywall that had been damaged by past hurricanes. Sam Matus and his crew at Aztec painting were professional from the start of the process through the last stroke of the brush on the exterior of our home. Their attention to detail on wood repair and surface prep was the best I have experienced and the crew was prompt and extremely neat. When they left at the end of the day you couldn't tell that they were even at the house. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others. They are first rate.
